MOQ, quote process, and what to know before placing your first order with Spotem Sportswear.
Spotem’s standard MOQ is 10 pieces per design for sublimated jerseys, 15 pieces for tracksuits, and 25 pieces for compression wear. Each design (or each colorway) has its own minimum — so a 20-piece order across two designs would need to be 10 of each. Multi-team and league orders qualify for bulk-volume pricing.

Yes. We offer pre-production samples for any design at $100–150, depending on garment complexity. For bulk orders above 100 units, the sample cost is typically credited back when you proceed to bulk production. Samples are produced on the same fabrics, machines, and processes as your bulk run — what you approve is what we ship.

Standard production takes 7–10 days from design approval and payment confirmation. Total turnaround, including USA shipping, is typically 2–3 weeks. Rush production is available for time-sensitive orders at an additional fee. Production timing is locked after payment confirmation, so you know exactly when uniforms will arrive. We use multiple fabric grades: standard 100% polyester micro-mesh (lightweight, breathable, most common), premium interlock polyester (higher density, premium feel), and performance moisture-wicking polyester. Each sport has fabric recommendations based on movement needs — basketball uses light mesh, ice hockey uses heavier knit, and soccer uses mid-weight performance fabric.
Every order goes through multi-stage QC: incoming fabric inspection, in-line stitching checks during production, color matching against approved samples, and final garment inspection before packaging. Defective pieces are caught and replaced before shipment. We track defect rates per production run as an ongoing quality metric.
Shipping

Standard USA delivery via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) takes 5–7 business days from factory dispatch. Tracking is provided at shipment with package movement updates. Combined with our 7–10 day production window, total order-to-delivery is approximately 2–3 weeks.
We use DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, and UPS Worldwide Express based on destination zone and order size. All shipments are tracked door-to-door from Sialkot to your USA delivery address. Buyers are responsible for any duties or import taxes on entry to the USA — these are not included in Spotem’s manufacturing quote.
Yes. We ship to all 50 USA states plus DC and US territories. Standard delivery times are 5–7 business days for the continental USA. Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories may take 7–10 business days. All shipments use express international couriers with full door-to-door tracking visibility.
Payment

We accept bank wire transfers (most common for B2B) and credit card payments via Remitly or a similar payment gateway. Bank wire transfer is preferred for orders over $5,000 due to lower fees. Payment instructions are sent with the formal invoice after quote acceptance.
First orders typically require 50% deposit at order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment, or 100% upfront for orders under $1,000. Once you have an established order history, more flexible payment structures become available. Invoiced billing for qualified business accounts is offered after the first successful order.

Standard timing structures and billing arrangements are discussed with your account manager based on your business type and order frequency. Customization
What can be customized on Spotem garments — designs, labels, packaging, and brand finishing.
Full design freedom — any color, pattern, logo, or graphic can be sublimated into the fabric. Player names and numbers are standard. Custom design elements include team logos, sponsor logos, league badges, side panels, sleeve trim, and hem details. Sublimation prints don’t peel or fade because they’re embedded into the fabric.
Both options work. Submit your designs as PDF, AI, PSD, or PNG files, and we produce to spec. Don’t have designs yet? Our design team creates mockups based on your brief, color preferences, and reference images at no charge — typically delivered within 48 hours of design brief submission.
Yes. Custom woven neck labels with your branding, care labels, hangtags, and branded polybag packaging are available. Setup fees apply for first-run label tooling. Yes. Pre-production samples (a single garment matching your final design spec) are available for $100 depending on complexity, produced in 5–10 days. Samples use the same fabrics and machines as your bulk run.
Pre-production sample costs range from $100 to $150 per piece depending on garment type and customization complexity. A basic sublimated jersey is $100; a fully decorated jersey with embroidery and woven label additions is $100–150.
Partnership Program

Qualification requires committing to multiple orders over a 12-month period or placing an initial order above tier thresholds. Bronze tier starts at recurring smaller orders; Platinum tier requires significant annual volume. Applications go through our review process, and partnership terms are formalized in a written agreement signed by both parties.
