Multi-Stage Quality Control
Full bulk production begins after design approval and a 50% deposit. Every order passes multi-stage quality control at our Sialkot facility — fabric inspection, sublimation or print verification, stitching audit, and pre-shipment inspection. Nothing leaves the floor without passing each gate.
What happens on our manufacturing floor
- Fabric cutting from sport-correct materials (verified per order)
- Sublimation printing or embroidery based on your design

a Perfect First Mockup
Sending the right files in the right formats means our design team can hit your mockup on the first try — no back-and-forth, no quality compromises. Here’s what works best.
Logo Files
Vector files are best — they scale perfectly to any size without losing quality. If you only have a PNG or JPG, we can still work with it, but vector is preferred for sharp prints.

Colors (Pantone)
Pantone (PMS) codes give us exact color matching. If you don't have Pantone codes, send us hex codes, CMYK values, or even a photo of your team's existing colors — we'll match closely.

Sizing & Quantities
A simple list: youth/adult, size (XS through 5XL), and quantity per size. If your roster doesn't have sizes yet, we provide paid sizing samples on request.

Names & Numbers

Total time from quote approval to USA delivery is typically 2–3 weeks. That breaks down as 24 hours for design mockup, 5–7 days if you order an optional sample, 7–10 days for production and quality control, and 5–7 business days for USA shipping via tracked express courier.
No, a physical sample is optional. Most teams skip the sample step to save 5–7 days and move straight from the approved digital mockup to production. We recommend samples for first-time orders over 100 pieces, brand/OEM partners, or anyone with strict fit requirements.
Our standard MOQ is 10 pieces per design for sublimated jerseys, 15 for tracksuits, and 25 for compression wear. Low MOQs are designed to serve single teams and small clubs. Browse our sport pages to see sport-specific MOQs and product options.
Standard terms are 50% deposit to start production and 50% before shipping. We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), and major US-friendly payment platforms. Long-term partners can qualify for invoiced billing terms through our Partnership Program.
Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) give the best print quality because they scale without losing sharpness. PDFs with embedded vectors also work well. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the highest resolution available — ideally 300 DPI or higher. We can work with what you have and offer to clean up or vectorize lower-quality files when needed.
Unlimited revisions are included — free. Our design team iterates until the mockup matches exactly what you want. Most orders settle in 1–3 revision rounds. Revisions don't restart the production clock; the 7–10 day production timer starts when you give final design approval.
Yes, we ship factory-direct to every US state via tracked express shipping. Standard transit is 5–7 business days from dispatch to delivery. Tracking links are emailed at dispatch so you can monitor the shipment from our floor to your door.
We offer full size ranges from youth XS through adult 5XL across most sports, with women's athletic cuts and unisex options. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We cover replacement production and reshipping at no cost for any item that arrived damaged, off-color, or incorrectly sized vs. your approved specs. Issues are extremely rare due to our multi-stage QC, but our policy is if it's wrong, we fix it.
